Psalms 71:5

“For You are my hope, O Lord God. You are my trust since I was young.”

Want to know someone you can trust at all times? Then I’ve got the perfect one because in all of my 22 years, He’s never let me down. When you want to trust someone, confide in someone, hope in someone, have peace of mind, go to the Rock of your salvation, the Rock of my salvation, which is Jesus Christ.
Sometimes we put our hope and trust in the wrong people. We think that these people care and can help and sometimes they can, but as human beings, they let us down because they’re not perfect. So, why not turn to the person who is? You may think you’re not worthy, but He thinks you are. He thought you were so much that He sent His only son to die for you. So, if you’re ever lonely or looking for someone to trust, you can try to remember these words as they help me quite dearly (bless this author’s heart) :-)

“I meet with You and my soul sings out as your word throws doubt far away. I sing to You and my heart cries, ‘Holy! Hallelujah, Father, You're near!’
My hope is in You, Lord, all the day long. I won't be shaken by drought or storm. A peace that passes understanding is my song and I sing, ‘My hope is in You, Lord.’”
