not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest
if we do not give up.”
Ever get
tired of doing good because you feel like you’re the only one trying? Maybe you
don’t want anything in return, but you find it discouraging that not enough
people are trying or that you’re the only person “like you” in the world…Well,
that’s because you are. God makes us all different. None of us are the same. Some
people are more similar than others, but more often than not, good
characteristics are hard to find.
So, don’t let that be a reason to stop doing
good. You won’t find your reward in the hands of men; you’ll receive your
reward from the hands of God. Now, isn’t that a better place to get it from? I
think so, and pretty soon, hopefully, you will too (if you don't already). :-)
